I ALWAYS SHOPPED IN THIS STORE, NOW BECAUSE OF COVID I DECIDED TO CHECK TO KNOW IF THEY HAD THE PRODUCT I WANTED AND WHAT THE PRICE IT HAD TO CONFIRM BEFORE GOING TO BUY, THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY DO NOT GIVE PRICES BY PHONE !!! IN PANDEMIC !!! AS IF WE WOULD LIKE TO WALK IN THE CENTER LOOKING FOR A REFRIGERATOR FOR THAT, THE TECHNOLOGIES ARE USED, NOR THE WEB PAGE HAVE THE LEAST THEY COULD DO IS ATTEND BY THE PHONE AND GIVE THE PRICES !!!: THEY LOST A SALE.

My daughter bought a dining room. They received it and did not notice a very finite coarteadura in the table, until after receiving it and having left the repeaters, they noticed when passing a flannel to clean it. Immediately they communicated to make the claim, and they said to him that there was no problem, that they would change it to the brevity; this was Tuesday of this week, and every time he calls to know what time they will take him they lie to him because they have not complied. In addition now they leave with that if it wants to do the return it will cost 20% when they are the ones that are not fulfilling. Please, gentlemen, more seriousness.
