Hotel Totonacapan

Wifi only in the lobby not in the rooms, dirty bathrooms with cockroaches and windows that have never been cleaned. Also no parking.

Terrible, I couldn't even spend the night in the hotel. Upon arrival I was assigned a room on the first floor the elevator was not working and we went up the stairs with dirty and scratched walls, the room smelled horrible and the bathroom was used had hair all over the floor we went down with the reception staff so that we will change rooms and when assigning us a new one it was even dirtier, it had a soap used in the bathroom with a hair, the sink was dirty with dust and the mirror had paste and spit, stained sheets and the floor in addition to having hair had peels of pistachios and a piece of condom wrap, the curtains were dirty and torn it looked outside, I had to request my money back to change hotels since I really could not rest in such a neglected and dirty place.

The hotel is in the process of being remodeled (I will give the fifth star on my next visit) ... The rooms are comfortable and spacious ... The most comfortable mattresses I have found in a hotel ... It is well located and very good service

Comfortable beds, affordable price, friendly staff, more cleaning is missing and no hot water
