It's a beautiful hotel

Very clean! We were suprised how nice the room was in relation to the price and location. Hot showers, pressed clean sheets, soft confortable beds. Fresh hot coffee and great food. Extremely profesional and polite staff. English and Spanish spoken here with airport transportation. I Will make reservations here in my next trip to México city.****4 star service!

The cleaning lady stole my son's Nintendo switch. The manager, Michele has yet to send me the video of it. Also, lied and said she was in the room when the receptionist said she wasn't. She also told the cleaning lady not to answer the receptionist when she called for us. Unprofessional!!!

Just finished came back from our 5 day trip to Mexico City for Dia Los Muertos and our stay at this hotel was amazing. We did have an issue one night with our room but the concierge quickly made changes to our room and was very polite and understanding. Everyone was kind, the room was pretty good and the hotel was in a great location - we ended up walking to our destinations and the plaza itself had a great night life. Really glad we went with this hotel and stayed a little longer.

Service was good, and check-in process was smooth even though we had arrived a bit early. Sdly our first room what's disgusting. There were weird brown stains on the bottom of the bedding that honestly appeared to be feces. The room stunk because they had just patched up holes on the wall. My husband couldn't stand the smell so we requested to be moved to a different room. The new room was a downgrade from the room we paid for, but at least it was not under construction so the smell wasn't there . It too, though, was dirty with hair on the floor and pillows. One of our pillows was made up of folded up pillow filling. I swear the bed smelled like I hadn't been cleaned with detergent for quite some time. We left the room and tried to be gone as much as possible so we didn't have to be in there for very long. Luckily we were only there for one night and we had a early morning flight. I would say stay far away!
