They never answer the phone for a consultation they always have it off the hook so why they publish a phone number if they never answer

Terrible service, they give bad parts, they sell you different parts inside the box that the part is supposed to be and the phone is always off the hook. When I have gone to the store I see the phone off the hook and I call them and it sounds busy and they are there talking without doing anything, that is why you can never communicate one to that store.

Terrible service the cashier prefers to serve her partner and deny customer service.
