I can not schedule an appointment and they do not even answer me by phone, they leave me online for 35 minutes and they cut the call

It is better to make the appointment online ... The staff is very friendly ... it is better to go with enough time.

Comfortable facilities pleasant atmosphere and they offer coffee break. Preferably make an appointment and have a lot of patience because although you have an appointment they make you wait because they are trapped and you can not be late if you do not miss your appointment.
