Excellent value for the price. The staff was friendly, helpful and they spoke English. Loved the coffee & alcohol bar downstairs. They honored our room request on a higher floor and room was clean upon arrival. There is a restaurant inside and it is also walking distance to nearby restaurants and an Oxxo. We would definitely stay here again for the great views of Cerro de la Silla!

Very loud guests next to me. Blaring loud music. Rent to young men in groups. Complain five times. Would not enforce policy. Finally changed my room at 11pm . Nice place , nice location. If your enjoy your peace and quiet, stay somewhere else. It seemed that the loud guest are friends of management.

Great place to stay in Mty. Only complain is that everytime I go there, one of the elevators is either out of service or not working for some other reason.

Great hotel close to everything in the south of Monterrey. I love that they have a Starbucks on the second floor and a shopping mall on the first two levels. One thing to add is that they have an agreement with the gym at the shopping mall and you can use their facilities for free while you stay there. One thing to improve are the elevators which are slow.

Perfect Hotel at the perfect location! Lots of restaurants right out the door. Great parking lot available for a small fee if you stay at the hotel
