I did cryolipolysis and followed the treatment to the letter, I lost 9 kilos in just under 6 weeks, in addition to lowering the size of my waist. Of course, cryolipolysis alone is not enough, they schedule the appointment with a nutritionist and they must also comply with the diet. I think it was a good decision also to change eating habits, aesthetics and especially health.
