I congratulate mrs. Melva Arana and her husband, for their dedication and taking so much care of their Silymel patisserie, thank you very much for offering such a variety of desserts and sandwiches, they are available to the entire Chetumal population, their prices are very accessible and their taste is exquisite. I love the Philadelphia cheese balls, the puff pastry, the rolls, the rice pudding, the ball cheese cake, the cheese cake, the lemon pie, and ... they are all a delight, which delight the palate more demanding. Hector's attention is very professional and serious, as well as all those who serve customers in general

I don't recommend it ... a business wins a customer by making them feel welcome, and they don't. Upon arrival we were treated with a bad attitude, rejection and indifference. Its prices are not cheap for its category, a quality that does not justify it or good taste. Visually they look good, but the tasting changes completely. The dry and rugozo carrot cake felt as old as when it was previously frozen so it could be resold later. The slice of the fudge cake is small, the bread is dry, floury and without a clear chocolate flavor, the coating is only sweet. The coconut cream only tastes like cream and sugar. Nothing fresh, nothing extraordinary, many, many better options in the city, at a better price, with better service and freshness ... 0 stars ...
