Claudia was amazing. I stayed in Bacalar 6 weeks and saw her 4 times. Her facials are the best and her full body m was the best treat for myself. My eyebrows looked amazing after my wax :)

The manager and woman who did my facial was extremely nice and very hospitable! Me and my boyfriend went in for a massage and facials and we were so happy that we found this place in Bacalar that's not crazy expensive and has great services!! Were so happy we found them and will come her vs a hotel spa any day were back in town!
Had a terrible massage here from a lady named 'Anna'. I am doubting that she has ever had any massage training due to the experience solely feeling like she just rubbed oil on my body, rushed the entire thing (left 10 minutes early... didn't give me any notice), also was really rough with things like using the towel/eye mask. There was no pressure, technique or routine in the massage. I left feeling the opposite of relaxed.
We had a deep tissue massage and it was wonderful. Don't hesitate to go here.
They are professional, and they know well the human body and its specifies.
