I received a terrible service, a young lady brought me from one box to another to pay for what I was going to buy, they do not have good organization since a product said a price is supposed to be on sale, when arriving at the box it said a much higher price expensive they did not respect the supposed promotion because it had already expired but they did not relabel and when they wanted to cancel it they had a very rude attitude

One cashier in particular is short-tempered and you get rude, she doesn't give good service with her attitude she almost runs to the customer.

It is a Branch in which there are never more than 2 employees "according to them" they have had since they started at this point that when we go to request Ham in Bulk, the renewing machine is never used, or they just washed it and they do not want to dirty it again , there is no one who can attend you because, they say there is no staff, etc. etc. Today I always came back to buy Ham and the employee of the very friendly box came to attend me, she did not know how to do it and she went with another employee, she returns and tells me , that the revanadora does not work, that it lacks a screw, it is worth mentioning that this excuse was given less than a month ago that I went and went several times and they told me the exact same thing, and when I saw that I told him that it was always the same excuse , she tells me, that she does not know, that I only got there today and that she is not from that branch. Immediately the other pharmacy employee arrives and tells me that there are no personnel, that there are only the two of them and that for that reason, they cannot attend me, I must say, that there was no other client. And they tell me that complain to the person in charge, with the manager and they say to come back later, because they are never there,. In conclusion, a lousy service, bad attention, rude, always with an excuse for not giving the service. And if it were for me, I don't give them any Star and as it is necessary to put it, it will be for the only good thing that this branch has, which is stocked. Although their service is lousy, they take hours to collect, the boxes are generally alone, I have seen them in the pharmacy talking and eating, a real disaster for the staff of that branch.
