Not a real hotel. Friendly but many issues. 1. Not clean: Carpet not vacuumed, hairs in the sheets, bathroom floor gray with dirt, doors filthy. 2. Kitchenette? Not without utensils or cookware of any kind, fridge not working. No coffee maker. 3. Laundry? Ridiculous- ancient machines tucked in a dark nook, someone's belongings stashed in the dryer. 4. Reception friendly but not on site most of the day.

Very nice place in Colonial style with a pleasant design, cozy rooms and good breakfast The only problem is lack of hot water in the sink, while it is connected to the shower
