Café Tres Gallos

The restaurant has a lot of potential and is nicely decorated; however, the food was average, the coffee was very weak and after our food was served, the waitress disappeared, and we had to go downstairs to ask to pay. In general it was disappointing, and we probably won’t go back. Why invest so much money if you don’t manage the place well?
