Compared to other Cielito Querido, this one does not have a good preparation in the cafes. I ordered a chocolate granita and it didn't have any granita, it was all watery. When you are ordering they tell you that they are going to add certain ingredients, but they do not tell you that they have an extra cost, always ask and ask that they not be added. I didn't ask for extra ingredients in my granita, and they still charged me at the price of a medium, instead of the real price (boy). On the other hand, the prices are not accessible, the product you receive is not worth what you pay for. In a matter of hygiene, only with some clients they get strict and with others they don't care, the truth is I did not have a good experience. I do not recommend that branch, lousy.

Excellent attention in the cafe, the wifi, cleaning of the facilities and toilets, etc. I do not give it 5 stars since like all coffee branch of a chain there is a lot of variation in the quality of the drinks depending on who serves you.
