Terrible service. Customer service is lousy. They don't give you the right information. The collaboration they have with the company that provides technical service "Techpeople" is disorganized, which affects the customer since delivery times become very slow. They don't respect customers' time. Communication with them is very complicated, especially at a distance, as was our case. They don't help you solve. I don't recommend them and next time I need something I will definitely go elsewhere. I already raised my complaint with Apple to consider these issues when authorizing service centers on your behalf.

Good attention, in addition to the correct and effective safety protocols for safe distance and temperature taking, the store looks clean and with everything in order. The treatment is friendly, it only lacks that plus so that the treatment is premium like the brand they sell.
