They should put someone else to support with receiving the packages, the lady can not cope. It can take you from 30 min to 3 hours in the queue to pick up or send the package. But the lady always very friendly.

Attention is extremely slow as there is only one person at the counter. Although it is kind, the attention is not efficient, it can take 2 hours for you to send or receive a package. In addition, the delivery men leave much to be desired, I personally saw how they threw envelopes and packages in the warehouse area. The worst branch I have ever visited. Unpunctual for opening.
