Attention is slow and a little inefficient.

2020.04.02. Very bad service, during this sanitary crisis, its telephone service is down, Its app is useless and send you to the office branch. I went to do some app fixing because I have to make online payments to other bank credit card. This people left many people waiting outside in the sun because some made up rule of them make you to wait for groups of ten clients and once they left the facilities, they allow you to enter. Even if they just have one single client for 30 minutes, you have to wait. Then you will be attended by the sub-manager who despectively tells you that system is down and you have to wait for their service to restablish itself and to do the fixing by the app (the same that doesn´t work). Arrgh, I just change my account to another bank! Horrible service!

Good bank, only on Mondays there are flea markets outside

Very slow service, distracted staff, the girl who attends always does so reluctantly. Your application does not work, I had to cancel my account from this bank.
