Much irresponsibility on the part of the veterinarian, I acquired a puppy with them which was ill, the veterinarian would take charge of its management until it left, and with the time of evolution of the disease it turned out to be an infection by the distemper virus, he informed us That it was not very serious, however, she evolved very badly, with diarrhea that caused severe dehydration, and she was taken to hospital and given intravenous fluid resuscitation, however, as he was the one who was running with the expenses of the management , I do not know if that has influenced not to do it, in short the puppy died, and the doctor never informed us until I had to go to the vet to ask how it was because they did not answer the cell phone number, as a resolution the vet simply said that I would replace it with another puppy, which was something very ugly, the point is that the communication by the veterinarian was poor and his handling was ineffective, the main concern was d give the puppy fluids so that she would not go into hypovolemic shock and that was what was never done, she was only given antibiotics and vitamins that would not help her to a great extent

Terrible service, I really feel very upset with the treatment they gave my dog, the owner was very irresponsible and unethical in his work, he charged us very dearly and my dog did not improve at all, unhygienic, I do not recommend it at all minimum
