I have been living in hoteles for the last 24 years because of the work that I do and I have to admit this is the best hotel suite I have stayed in price is reasonable for all that comes with the stay and very easy access to wherever you want to go to my fellow citizens of the world I highly recommend this establishment for your stay in Mexico ask for Rosa Munoz she is very helpful in helping you with your stay and needs of the hotel

Worst hotel I have stayed in. We payed for a room for 3 grown people and 2 kids and got 1 king bed and a sofa. This was nowhere what the reservation said and the lady in the front desk was super unhelpful.

I have stayed a few times and have been happy with price, location, and the rooms.

There was no hot water for showers, the bed and pillows were super hard! A blanket was a sheet. Not the cleanest. There was MOLD on our window!! 10/10 would not go there again!

The rooms are comfortable and spacious, but also a bit gloomy if you are on the second floor. However we have serious issues with our reservation, which they didn't record and we have to be sent to another accommodation for one night. They were able to solve this issue promptly, but overall it was inconvenient and upsetting.
