Terrible service. Incredibly distracted, such a simple job can't do it. What he gave me to sign had all the wrong information, when I informed him he read everything again and he did not realize it, I had to explain him with balls and sticks. He sent me twice to vehicle control assuring me that they were going to give me a stationery store and it was somewhere else. I asked him questions about the stationery and his answers were "I don't know" and "put what you want."

Without any problem, highly recommended, the adjuster is very attentive since he explains in detail why things, whether positive or negative, are explained to the client.

Terrible, bad attention and if there is any pending, everything is justified with the contingency and let's not talk about customer service via telephone, nonexistent
