It is not possible that they are in a meeting and people are waiting, there is only one cashier at the window. I have been in line for more than 40 minutes, in front of me there are 25 people to pass. They should consider there are people who come only to what is necessary. Elderly gentlemen lined up waiting. Very poor organization by the staff. People crowd at least 40 people waiting.

Very crowded branch and in this time of pandemic there is even more human transit to use ATMs, you have to try to go at not so common hours. About five ATMs and of those the majority to make withdrawals, there should be others for payments.
