Very good store w/a very large variety of things. Definitely a go to for kids and adult clothes. Kitchen and bathroom items...bedsheets

Too many people, noisy and hot. Employees don't help and don't even know where some areas are located in the store (credit for example). The food in the restaurant is good but the service is bad, waiters and waitresses take too long to come to your table.

I loved the first class treatment, but a few sellers don't know how to break the ice with you, besides that excellent service

A disaster! I ordered a bed two weeks ago and it was supposed to be delivered today, but they never showed up and now say I must wait two weeks more! I am new to the city and have no bed. They will not refund my money and say I have to come into the Polanco store to complain, but I have no time for this. Rubbish service and always overcrowded. Don't bother! I am furious!

Even in these times staff are very good and helpful
