We have known John and Christie for about 10 years. Have followed their real estate pages and watched them grow. About a year ago we decided to sell our beautiful home in Bucerias. My only thought was Element Realty so we spoke to them in the spring of 2019. John gave us some on-site on things we had to do to save before selling. So before we came back to Mexico in 2020 we had all ducks in a row. We listed our townhouse in January with Element Realty and things were rolling. We listed and one day , one showing and sold. Incredible! Everything worked out perfect for us and they guided us all the way through. Thank you so much for the experience and see you all soon.
