At the Arriaga Platinum funeral home in Pachuca, Hidalgo. They miscalculated the price of one of their services, a chapel and a coffin for the baby of a very dear friend who died yesterday. Sadness is terrible. Unfortunately, we saw that the published prices were incorrect, and the difference was just over $ 10,000. Finally they recognized their mistake and respected the published price, and the people were friendly except that they insisted on not publishing their services with a bad rating. The experience is awkward but they were really quick to solve the problem after talking intensively with them. The photos shown are from the incident, I understand that it could have been a misunderstanding but how uncomfortable! Good for solving it on time. I change my rating from 1 Star to 3 Stars because they have insisted that we post flowers for them ... Unfortunately the photos are already public and owned by Google ... talk to them

Excellent attention and prompt response. Minimalist facilities, it does not look like a funeral home. I would recommend it 100%
