Terrible service I have 55 days waiting and now it turns out that they do not have the furniture, dining room and canteen, paid since November and for the cancellation and refund of the money it will be in another 60 days ... when a company goes bankrupt it is easier to blame the government than their own policies and breaches, DO NOT BUY HERE ....

The furniture is of a very good quality, and the people who attended me very kind, but it turns out that I went on September 28 to buy 2 armchairs and it is time that they did not deliver anything. They said 20 days. On the other hand, I try to communicate on the phone number they gave me for customer service and I have been calling for 5 days and they don't answer me.

In this branch the employees are rude when you have already purchased the product, especially DANIEL GUERRERO who seems to work out of necessity and as if he gave away the furniture, despite buying cash, they require you to provide your personal data so that the product that you purchased and already paid you can deliver it to your address, they have not published a privacy notice and protection of personal data, so that if you do not give them your personal data accompanied by a photocopy of your voter card and a document in which you grant them the use and sale of your personal data, because they just refuse to give you your furniture. And if this were. Little they deliver them unarmed. Obviously I complained to PROFECO. and I will never buy in D'europe for the bad experience I had in this branch of Pachuca. I had bought in other branches and had excellent service, but for this branch I do not buy anything again.
