This place is run down and feels unsafe. You can drive pretty much all the way up, but be aware of the barking dogs. It's a shame because the view over central Pachuca is fantastic, especially at sunset

There are many areas of opportunity to generate better conditions for tourism, I have been robbed in the vicinity and if we change this image we will achieve more income than just once, let's change Hidalgo for something spectacular !!!
