El Muelle Hotel y Restaurante

It does not deserve any stars but it must be awarded in order to publish. Terrible place ... I had made reservations months in advance and the hotel manager had already rented the rooms. The manager is impossible to locate, since she only uses her cell phone and does not answer calls. I had to go to a party room for a waiter to communicate with her, and she told the waiter that the hotel was already full and that she will look for another somewhere else. When I was waiting near the hotel pool I noticed a lot of dirt in the water ... There is no person in the place who is in charge of receiving guests and there is no maintenance staff.

Excellent place to rest, nice and excellent attention

A good place to be, away from the city but meets the necessary requirements to have a pleasant experience outside the city.

Nice place at the edge of the lagoon, very functional and comfortable.
