What a horror, it seems that you ask for a handout, since you get information they give you their message, they do not fix anything and they get angry if you keep asking them. I went to ask for information on how to obtain a disability certificate, in order to receive government help and they tell you they do not give it. When it is only in that place where they send it! It turns out that if they do, you have to make an appointment for the first time (form from 6 in the morning for a file) and go to the doctor and the patient will be assessed, they will open a file and if it is accepted they issue the certificate. All this they do not tell you! "I do not know what we can give", is his answer and already. They do not have the information or they are not interested in giving it. It's your job! We do not know what the procedures or requirements are, they have to give them. In short, they are bad! 🤦🏻♂️
