3 times there, 3 bad experiences. They should have painted the outside of the car, but forgot to close the windows so the inside was painted also, and tried to give me back the car pretending all was ok. another time they stole gasoline, and the last time they stole items and money from the inside of the car. I will never step my foot there again. Sales guy was decent. But 3 bad experiences in a row is not a coincidence.
¡Pésimo servicio! Nadie nunca está en su lugar, te ven que estás esperando y te ignora el personal nadie se acerca para preguntarte si te atienden. Después de que logras que te atiendan, te dicen que no te pueden ayudar, que le van hablar al responsable y más tiempo hay que esperar para que llegue la persona, como si tuviéramos todo el tiempo del mundo. Eso es con cita, cuando llegue sin cita no les quiero ni contar cuánto tiempo tarde, termine regresando 3 veces para que la persona responsable me atendiera.
Si pueden vayan mejor al Honda de Santa Fe, mil veces mejor la atención.
