The manager (Delma Vazquez) is an individualist person, she does not like to team up with her coworkers, she is bothered by any action taken to improve the service and ends up asking the Owner to fire "each travel agent" who does not She likes her and does not do what she says. This travel agency has NO INTERESTS FOR ITS EMPLOYEES AND FOR THE PROVIDERS OF TOURIST SERVICES, if you do not believe me, ask in the tourist media for references of this Lady who is EXTREMELY DESPOTE AND RUDE with the award people.
