The year before last we took one of our cats because he was constipated and inflamed, two young veterinarians examined him and within minutes one of the doctors who has been at Zoona for the longest time came to review him (tall with curly hair) talking to each other about how it was a tumor or viral peritonitis, to rule out, they had to do an urgent ultrasound but they didn't have the equipment, so they suggested we take it to Centro Veterinario México (a very expensive place where negative reviews also abound due to the poor quality of their services) I bluntly told them that I would not take him there, so they said they could take him to have an ultrasound with another vet but it would be until the weekend and we would have to wait, finally I was not convinced by what they said and I decided to move to another clinic and it turned out that by means of RX and auscultation, they realized that my cat had fecal impaction (very hard stools that came out with colon flushing) my cat had no tumors or peritonitis is viral. I saved my cat and saved my pocket because the procedure was not as expensive as surgery with hospitalization would be, which would ultimately be the least of it if it were to take my cat forward, but many businesses take advantage of things like this. veterinarians. I fully understand that studying a profession should also pay off, they have to pay rent, employees, etc., but getting as much money as possible from people through fatalistic and erroneous diagnoses is very low for me. I decided to upload this review almost two years later, because suddenly I need medicine or food and I was buying them, but yesterday they sold my partner a bottle of dewormer for $ 600.00 that in public price does not cost more than $ 150.00. If they are going to charge for the medicine as if it were a consultation, they had better told them that they do not sell dewormers to the public and I get it elsewhere, it should be clarified that the doctor was never asked how to apply or asked for guidance, so that they would not go out with which my partner asked how to use it, it was not a query. If I do not take my cats with you and prefer to take them to a clinic that is an hour away, it is precisely because of the misdiagnosis testimonies in order to get money from people. I'm definitely not going back to Zoona, let them take advantage of my $ 500 pesos. (In the end it was not so much, I saved myself from paying at least $ 20,000 for a supposed viral peritonitis).
