Bad customer service. Don't send money to this place. Although my parents having a life or death emergency did not want to give them their money for the reason that they are foreigners! So if someone is on vacation they can't help them. Avoid an unpleasant situation and don't send money to this place that has terrible service. Here foreigners discriminate even if they have valid identification! If it could, it would give zero stars!
