Terrible service, clients arrive after one and leave much earlier, very bad organization and the waiting time is very long, you lose all day in a process.

Time to attend to you extremely long, more than two hours to spend with an executive. Very indifferent executives, with no customer service attitude, who act as if they are doing you a favor by serving you. They know that there are no other branches here, so they don't care how little or no quality they offer in their service. Waiting time and quality of service is much better at the Hermosillo branches.
