The ATMs are in terrible condition and also have no service. They have been like this for two weeks, what a disgrace and what a shame.

It is a pity that this Branch, you want to ask a very simple question to the person in charge, stops you in your tracks and without the slightest awareness that WE ARE CUSTOMERS AND FOR US HAS A JOB TELL YOU "NO HERE THERE ARE NO CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES SEARCH IN ANOTHER BRANCH AND NOT EVEN SUGGEST ANY. LAST BECAUSE THE REAL PLAZA HOTEL IS LEFT ... WHERE MUCH TOURISM FROM MEXICO AND ABROAD COMES, AND WITH THAT ATTITUDE ... I WISH THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO CHANGE OR TRAIN PERSONNEL AND SUPERVISE AND ADD THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLEASE. THE BENEFITS WOULD BE YOU CITY BANAMEX !!!!!! 🌷

Regularly it does not have many people, but the last time I went there were many people and the executive very kindly gave us the opportunity to go to perform our activities and return calculating what time we would play because otherwise I would wait 4 hours, that speaks of a Very good service and empathy for your customers. They effectively respected my turn.

To a little lad is a Citibanamex cashier, the truth is of great help because in the cashiers of the center, they are with a few rows that you have to wait a good while. Instead this cashier is very free and battles less. It has deposits and withdrawals. And the truth is not far from the center. It is a good cashier that prevents you from great waiting times.

They are not open, nor with cash, in this contingency is what we need the most to avoid crowds in service stores and shopping centers.
