High School 23 and 27 in Santiago were the first alternative to high school for many young people who could not attend classes until Manzanillo. The first to offer services was on the 23rd and I operated for several years in the secondary school facilities in the afternoon, hence it is still in the evening. In 1987 the first classrooms of the current campus were built and the Baccalaureate 27 was created with a technical career in administration.
