Dental Health One

Aug 25, 2020: Poor service. Making and cancelling appt impossible. No answering service or machine. Website business hours do not reflect Covid-19 changes. It appears as if website has been neglected. Not much caring for those of us who apply Covid precautions and rely on phone calls.

Love this office and everyone in it. The kindest of souls, always working hard to fit people in or change apts. they’re like little miracle workers. Dr. Candy is so professional and wonderful bedside manner, puts you to ease right off the bat. She’s so gentle and I can’t say enough about her, Juan, and the staff. They run a well oiled machine. I’ve had fillings, cleanings and soon I’ll be getting my implants done there as well. Love, love, love.

My husband and I both declared dr candy the best dentist we have ever been to. Now willing to fly back for crown and implant that didnt get done when we lived there. Since there is no toll free number or email address on website, I just went to facebook and messaged on messenger.

Unfortunately I think the cavities I had filled weren’t cavities. Didn’t have a proper assessment - no sensor or X-ray or tool to detect the cavity. Regretful of my decision to get them filled. Clinic has dental students practicing, this should be disclosed to patients beforehand.

As a life long New York resident, I believed I had the best dental care, I was wrong. Dr. Ugalde showed me how to improve my teeth, smile and my dental health all around. She repaired and replaced teeth effortlessly and with a smile. I could not be happier and will continue as her patient . I recommend her expertise, knowledge, personality and staff.
