Branch with Banorte ATMs with good service, branch staff very friendly but can not cope.

Arrive at 8:30 and be attended after 10? This I thought only happened in government institutions, but not in a place that charges you commission even for breathing. Terrible service, it has always been like this but this last time they exceeded the limit. Many people waiting to collect their shipment but they could not attend you until those who have an account were attended first ... what do not have benefits of shipments? I doubt it very much, but if so, then why do they offer that service if they are going to treat people like beggars? Thank God they are not the only ones, so one does not stop there again. And by the way beware the elderly people who have accounts there, because they take advantage of that and they charge you insurance and phantom commissions.
