The service is excellent, it has improved a lot, I only have one observation: this external guard conditions the change of shifts of the family members who come in to support the care of hospitalized patients on their schedule; supportive, do not visit. The change of the family member who supports has to be at the time that she decides, no matter the sacrifice that the family members have to make in order to cover the entire day in support of their internal relatives; climbs on a brick and gets dizzy. I fully agree that they do not allow the entry of visitors, due to the special situation we live in is required, but those of us who come to support must have facilities that are not hindered by the null criteria of the staff, who on top of it give you rude treatment. My patient is called Dora Alicia Ibarra, and my son has to work, which is why I tried to replace him in the support on bed 65 of the Juarez hospital, but when he tried to do it at 7:00 p.m. he was denied us with shouts and insults by the guard on duty
