I really enjoyed, my cell wouldn't work being in Mexico, it's spotty at best. The front desk was so helpful. From change to money conversions. The pool is closed due to covid but sheets were soft, room was clean and cool. The area around is totally cool and friendly.

Services was ok. Fast at first, Room was not as described on the property need to upgrade the rooms, air conditioner gave me allergies and too much noise from the outside street and the guest as well, couldn't rest. I went to the pool but the area was dirty and also the water on the jacuzzi...

Nice hotel, great little restaurant. Close to shopping areas. Only issue is my hotel floor smelt like really bad fish (someone must have been cooking). I also did find a couple of bugs in the bathroom. Other than that, great hotel, I would stay here again!

7/29/2020 There are Bed bugs in room 150 on both beds. They bit me and my mother in several places. I woke up and found one that had just bit me on my knee, I smooshed it and blood squirted out. You can see the smooshed bug in the photo. Came here from Pompeii Surgical Center. The good part is that the staff was friendly. This isn’t safe or acceptable. To Holiday Inn staff- Even if you can’t physically find anymore Bed Bugs please treat the rooms properly so that this doesn’t happen to anyone else. This is enough proof.
