I was recovering from a surgery i wanted to do something nice to make me feel better the recuperación house recommended this salón i had my nails done and the manicurist was excellent but they charged me 70 dollars they didn't tell me prices till after the service was done...i asked the manicurist, how much they change for a hair treatment? She said if you want it done theyll send someone tomorrow to have it done for you ok....the lady shows up the next day and did a Keratin treatment and flat iron my hair the price was OUTRAGEOUS 250 dollars--5000 thousand pesos, when i heard the price i wanted to die,i payed but with greatest sadness i knew i was being taken advantage of, that day i did reseach and i found out they charge 150 pesos less then 20 dollars por a hair cut how is it possible that i hair treatment is 250 amercan dollars, 5000 five thousand pesos? This happened 3 days ago and i wish i could have been healthy to go to police station and make a complain and maybe get my money back? but...im back in the USA now im thankful that Google let us write a review on this salón ..they didn't tell me prices till after their job was done and that,should have been a WARNING for me yes i live in the usa but im no im not rich ..was hard to let go of my money 250 usdollars for a hair treatment? Come on!!! To the owner: do you feel proud to take advantage of people?

Horrible service. I don’t recall the name of the stylist but told her to give me volume and she almost left me Bold. Let me with less volume than ever like she was in a mission of revenge. Never ever again coming back there. Terrible saloon!! Make yourself a favor and don’t use their services!

My apologies for not remembering the other two ladies that worked on me today. Loved the pedicure. My nails turned out wonderful; Selene spent time making sure I liked my nails even while using translater and her coworkers that knew English. (thank you so much Selene!!) The lady that shaved my undercut (it had grown out an inch) did not pay attention to the line already established in my hair. I got back to my hotel room and showered. I spent close to 30 mins trying to comb my hair out carefully with the aide of conditioner. She had cut into my long hair causing my hair to tangle. I spent 66.00 USD total. I only gave 4 stars because of the hairstylist. If I ever come back I will be requesting the same ladies I had today for nails and pedicure but I will find another hairstylist. They did make sure their chairs were sprayed and wiped before I sat down, took my temperature as well. The store itself is not as clean as most places are in the U.S. They are busy and popular which is a great sign. It is hard to maneuver as it is crowded with products/customers and workers.

Paid approximately 65.00 us dollars for pedi, gel Mani, and a wash and blow out Pedi was decent. She used that cheese grater looking tool to remove the dead skin. I know most places have those things banned because it's unsafe. She added an exfoliant which I think was included in the original price. For the gel Mani she didn't soak my hands just went in on my cuticles. That was a little painful. The color selection for the regular polish needs some work. However the gel sample colors were very sorted lots to chose from. The place from the front gives a small appearance but once you walk in there's several rooms. There's the front portion for hair and nails than a side room and another back room for nails only. Lots of stations lots of employees tons of clients. Place seems a little cramped not very much room to move. It seems to be one of the more popular salons in the area. The time I was there people kept coming in. It was fun it had a nice fun salon environment. Some people were more friendlier than others but I guess that's expected in a place full of women. It's nice I liked it. 😃

BEWARE!! they use MMA for acrylic nails which is banned in most states. It is so harmful to nails and most salons use it because its cheap. Do not get your nails done here.
