Quartz Hotel & SPA

This hotel is amazing. I had a lot of problems at another hotel and had to leave so decided to come here. They had heard about the issues at my other hotel and were so nice, they brought me fruit and got me a massage from the spa. The staff was amazing from the moment I checked in to helping me upstairs to my room and even setting the room temp for me. I would come here again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely love this hotel! Anytime my husband and I decided to stay in Tijuana we stay at Quartz, it's been about 5 times now. The hospitality and service are amazing from the moment you check-in. The room's are comfortable and very modern. I loooove the pool area, it's a nice place to relax or just walk around the garden.

I stayed at the Quartz for 3 days and everything was wonderful. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and always willing to help. Room service was great as well. But I’d like to WARN foreign travelers about a SCAM going on however. I read it in a review proir to my stay and didn't expect it to happen to me!! The person at the outside parking podium must be working with local police to scam people out of money as you leave. It was 3am and we had to leave to cross the border for a 8am flight. The parking guy was not friendly to us at all, he didn't say good morning or anything I thought that was weird. He was texting quite a bit and seemed distracted too. So we pull off and maybe 2-3 min down the street we start seeing flashing lights and hear tires screeching, the police were in a HURRY! I thought they were chasing after someone, but they pulled US over. Two officers get out the car very quickly, a man went to the drivers side. A woman came to the passenger side where I was WITH HANDCUFFS out and opening them!!! She OPENED MY DOOR and just stared at me. I'm staring back at her... They asked us where we are going, where we were coming from, and asked for $130 and they would let us go. I remembered hearing about this same situation in a review about the Quartz and told my friends and the driver that this is a scam. The female officer heard me then closed my door and walked off to the drivers side. We told them that we didn't have any money... My friend turned on the light in the car to look for money in her purse, she pulled out $20 and tried to give it to the female officer. The officer yelled TURN OFF THE LIGHT in Spanish. We did, and THEN she took the money. They left us alone after that. But I wanted to warn people about this!!

We stayed at the QUARTZ hotel in hopes of a relaxing weekend! Our experience was exactly what we were looking for. The staff is very attentive, and the facilities are very clean and well kept. We decided to book a Swedish massage at the SENSES SPA. Our masseuse, LUNA, was amazing! She was very experienced and always making sure that her pressure was satisfactory. We will definitely be returning here for a future stay.

I really enjoyed my stay, the hotel is excellent!! The room, staff, great customer service. I will definitely stay at the Quartz Hotel and Spa the next time I am in Mexico.
