Best hotel in Tijuana definitely recommend. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Free breakfast and free valet parking just tip if you want. Restaurant open until 10p.m and super convenient just need to call and they’ll send your food up to your room. Very nice hotel not just from the exterior but also from the interior. And location is right in the center witch is walking distance from the revolution. Can’t get better then that. I won’t stay nowhere else this is the only hotel that I have felt safe in.

I've stayed in this hotel before. Im a recurring customer but for valentines it was a disgrace. I made my reservation almost a month ahead and they messed up. I bought the decoration package and they forgot about it. It wasn't a big deal for me at first because they told me it was going to be done while i went to have dinner. To my surprise i got no decoration only a lame box of chocolates and cheap bottle of wine. Do not buy any extra packages. Not for the price. But for what you get. I wont be staying here again.

You see nurses because people stay there and like me i had gastric sleeve. You stay there to recover after surgery. They are amazing. Ive lost 170 lbs been 3 years now.

Great stay. Definitely one of my favorites in Tijuana. Prices are very reasonable.

I drive my Mercedes to TJ and will never Ever stay anywhere else, I cross the border park it at Ticuan and I know it is 100% safe. The hotel is beautiful the rooms are beautiful and the staff is nice. Walking distance to all the fun clubs. The area feels very safe and the security at this place is outstanding, I feel so safe here. The only down side is they close the bar Way too early. Other than that everything is excellent.
