Excuse me, I'm coming from a place in the bus and it arrives there and let's say 2am, can I stay at dawn ???

The worst experience of my life !!! I do not recommend it !!! To flee !! Despite a certain comfort of the bus that is well worth a Teen, but not the promised WiFi, the rest is to flee! Let's start: - For my part at the Puebla terminal we are not given any explanation. We rely on the document in hand that asks us to arrive one hour in advance, no use, no interest. Moreover, the person who is supposed to inform us is absolutely not friendly. Pass again it was 20h, the day had to be finished ... -Start almost on time. Driver nice and kind. - Many stops of controls do not allow to sleep and when I say many are numerous! But ACN is not responsible. By cons multiple stops to eat, or other ... - The bus is very late (the regulars of this trip tell us that ACN is customary in fact), so we learn that finally the website (ACN official website and bus bud) and its webmaster do not provide the right schedules ! From a trip that normally had to be 30h we spend about 50h! (49.30 exactly). At the end of the trip even the regulars were exasperated and in the misunderstanding of such a delay. A wind of revolt was rising in the bus. Short. - the delay having made us miss our correspondence and our return flight we contact the webmaster during the journey so that it finds a solution. Meanwhile the webmaster tells me that yes was a mistake on their part that the information on the sites are wrong. Still a part of real! Waiting for this one makes you sparkle an answer to solve my problem but just ask me to wait ... 10 am still no answers despite reminders. Well, we make up for it and we wait to arrive. - On the spot, I request a proof of delay in order to be able to exchange my tickets of correspondence and return flight. No effort! We leave you totally helpless! Their response "we just have to make sure to get you from point A to point B. Now that you've arrived this is not our problem, I'm trying to make it clear that during the trip I communicated my problem but the webmaster has given himself a pleasure not to answer, he categorically refuses to just make me a paper allowing me not to find myself in a complex situation.Nothing to do.We are left with their lies. people still present who were worried about our fate are outraged and tell us that all the delays this one had the palm! BUT ACN REFUSED TO ISSUE US A SIMPLE PAPER OF DELAY .... NOT AN OFFER, NO, NOT A REFUND , NO, JUST FOR A PAPER! !!!!! - Finally, to finish, I say that once paid the ticket, double check your account ... For my part I pay 4 tickets instead of 2. And of course there either they can not do anything. Here ! Seeing the manager SANDRA Luz Nava offer us her card personally wishing us a good trip and welcoming to see strangers on his company we expected something else. We did not ask for luxury, just a minimum of consideration. I do not recommend or plan anything after!
