Worst company ever we were regular clients. We always travelled from modesto to tijuana airport with this company. Until they hired a new driver oscar hernandez that had the nerve to make personal stops which caused us to get late to the airport and miss our flight we had no choice but to go back home upset and angry at the irresponsibility of that bus driver oscar hernandez My husband and i went in person with bus driver there to complain to his supervisor miguel villeda about the irresponsibility of the bus driver oscar hernandez. Bus driver only says"Yes its true i made those personal stops and im sorry"My compaint did not matter to them they would ignore me and only adress themselves to my husband.rude and sexist i would say. The supervisor miguel villeda agreed that the bus driver was at fault and that they would refund our money from the flight that we missed and also our buss fares. Miguel villeda said to give him a few days to get our money ready. He told my husband to call him so he would let my husband know when he would be coming to our area. The supervisor kept on changing the days when he would be coming to our area. This continued on for about 9 days. Then finally the supervisor miguel villeda changes things he says to my husband" there has been a slight change in plans if you can get the bus driver to accept the mistakes he made on that day one more time i will for sure refund your money". So bus driver oscar hernandez accepts his mistakes once again. Then we called his supervisor infront of bus driver to let him know that bus driver accepted his mistakes. Then supervisor says"okay then i will send you your money with the next bus driver headed to your area" . My husband says" I would rather go in person to pick it up." Supervisor miguel villeda says" Okay that sounds even better i will be here at the office located here in fresno."When my family and i went in person to office to receive our money he behaved in the most agressive and rudestway and yelled "You will not recieve a single penny from this company i have nothing else to say to you go ahead and sue usget out now or i will throw you and your family out" it was the most humiliating situation in my life. And the supervisor said all this infront of his employees and customers. And as for that idiotic bus driver he maintained a big smirk on his face because he already new what was going to happen they not only humiliated my self and my family but they ruined our summer vacation. Now why would they give us hope and constantly reassure us about refunding our money and then treating us so rudely and agressive . why humiliate us like that. We had hopes of booking another flight for our vacation with the money they would refund us they ruined our summer. This office is in fresno ca.

30 hour drive with at least 10 military check point be ready to experiance a whole other way of life not a bad experience though
