Honda Optima Tijuana

🥰 Honda !!

They treated me like a king! My Honda scooter needed a tire badly. I was tooling around Tijuana and my rear tire blew. I rode about 2 kilometers at about 10 kilometers per hour to Honda Optima. Luckily, they had the tire in stock and had me back on the road that afternoon. They also cleaned my bike from top to bottom. Now I need to replace the front tire so I plan to make an appointment with them soon. Muchas Gracias, Amigos!

think before take your car to this place, is too expensive, you can spend same amount that a service in san diego. Customer service is going down as I had a very bad experience.

I have been in many dealerships in my lifetime, but I never seen such a customer service as they have here. The prices are incredibly reasonable, the staff is very helpful, they offered many different types of things to make my wait comfortable. The location is near by many other services so if you need to do other things on your list you can easily do them by walking around if you need too. I love the way they deal with people and I felt like I was a part of the family. Very quickly and neet the way they did their job and I will definitely recommend this service to anyone who needs it and I will recommend it to anyone who I don't know as well, you won't regret coming here and you can always trust they will do a great job, again I can't stress enough how much I am happy with the great service they give me. The price, the speed in which they completed their tasks the location that this place is located, and on top of everything, I highly appreciate the staff, they are so caring and loving their job, and they will give you the feeling that you are the most important customer in their business, that I will not forget ever, this is the most important thing I care about when I go to a business, thanks again for being such a great business to your customers and no wonder that they are in business for the Time they are, thanks again for the opportunity to be your customer.
