From the moment I spoke to inform me, they were all very attentive, on the dates they told me that the car would cross to Tijuana already with the papers ready to take out its license plates, all very well the truth is, very good importer, I recommend it 100%. I called them to ask if they could import a work truck and they said yes and it would take about 2 weeks at most. After 2 MONTHS they still couldn't import my truck and stopped answering the messages. In the end we could agree that they would return the money I paid in advance, since they clearly accepted a job they could not do, but for the time lost and the inconvenience was the least they could do. Curious fact: when I went to have my money returned, there was another couple claiming for a similar situation hahaha ... in conclusion they go somewhere else.
