I’ve come to this car wash a handful of time and I’ve always been satisfied. Unfortunately today this place has lost me completely. I always get the Platinum car wash which usually takes no more than 45 minutes to complete with two employees. Today I got the same package and had to wait almost 2 hours to get my car back. We arrived at the car wash at 3:50pm and we didn’t get in the car until 5:30pm. I saw many cars that came after me leave before me, which is very frustrating. I also saw that the car behind mine had two employees working on it, while my car only had one employee doing all the work. Eventually a manager showed up and started helping the employee with my car but it was too late we had already been waiting over an hour. Easily I can say they don’t have consideration for their clients time. I came to the car wash thinking I would be in and out in an hour but it wasn’t the case.
The day I attended there were too many customers.
They did not give me the service I paid for and also the car lasted a week smelling musty (because of the rags with which they clean)

Every time I go there I am missing a car accessory, but hey, I hope and they improve on that
