A very knowledgeable Doctor, knows his work, Staff is very pleasant. They are there for the patient and make them feel very comfortable. I got my questions answered. They were up front with all their answers. I have never been to a dental office where my needs came first and not the money. Very well taken care off and will always refer all that need dental care to Dr Alvarez...I am very happy with this Dentist...Finally getting what I need...

This is honestly the Best place!! Dr Polanco was amazing along with Horacio. They took care of me and made me feel so Comfortable. I lost my teeth on the top front and had 4 crowns to replace my teeth.. I mean I already had an amazing smile and they made me look 100%. My teeth match perfectly!!! The staff is amazing as well!! But Dr Polanco is #1 no doubt!!! So grateful to have found them.
I have been coming here for over a year. They are really helpful to get you the best care and the best coverage. They're a good team and work very well together. The staff call you and leave detailed messages to remind you of your appointments. Dr. Polanco is cheerful and pleasant to work with. He is honest and communicates well about your dental needs. I came to this dentist office because my mom and dad go here for their dental work. They recently fixed my dads chipped teeth and they looked great so I thought I’d go and get my front teeth fixed there too, since I also have some imperfections in my teeth. Dr. Natalia Maldonado was the one who fixed four of my front teeth and they turned out amazing! She’s always super nice when I come in and took her time when working on my teeth to make sure they were exactly the way I liked and that they looked good, which is something I really appreciated. I highly recommend going here and seeing Dr. Natalia if you want to get good quality work done on your teeth!
Overall a really nice place to go to! I would totally recommend this place to anyone I know. My husband referred this place to me since he's gone here for a few years now and really trusts the staff.The receptionist is really sweet and a pleasure to talk to. From my experience, Dr. Ramon Polanco was a pleasure to be with. He always ensured my comfort was first and would ask me from time to time if anything was painful or would tell me what he was going to do next so I knew exactly what was going on. I would recommend him if you are trying to decide with who you want to make your initial appointment with.
