Dental oasis was a MIRAGE.Came in for preventative maintenance having recommended I have my composite fillings replaced every 5 years. My tooth wasn't hurting before and is now extremely sensitive. It was not filled in all the way and office wont offer any solution or return any of my messages . The assistant was learning on the job, roaming around the office in middle of the procedure disinfecting stuff then randomly dropping in when dentist would ask for something. She wasn't wearing any gloves touching stuff thats used in my mouth. I had to fight off infection and now have to go somewhere else to have it redone. Wish I would've never came in here. There are better dentist in TJ that actually cost a lot less . I came here because they had openings sooner and saw 5 star reviews but turns out those great reviews were made by the owner and staff themselves
My name is Jackson Smith. My Family has owned property in Baja Mexico for over 20 years. If you want a great Dentist, with a great staff I have found one. His name is Dr. Cesar Simental. Together with his wife Iveth and their son Cesar Jr. they provide the best Dental service I have ever had in my almost 70 years on this earth. Friendly, Confident not to mention their deep knowledge of Dentistry is TRULY Amazing. I had some extreme work done as well as three implants. The price compared to the U.S. is hard to believe. This Family made me feel confident and content ! I would tell you with all honesty they are the best in Mexico.
Friendly Staff, Professional Dentist's , good vibe ... Very statisfied . highly recommended .
