Terrible service, they offer an image with one type of flowers, they send you a totally different one. Honestly the WORST flower arrangement of my life.
They should be honest and if they do not know how to work or do not have flowers, write on the page that at the moment they do not have or that they only have withered flowers.
It is the second time that I ask for a settlement of more than $ 1,000.00 pesos and the service has been very poor. The first time, I did not reach the recipient because they did not find the address and the second time, I asked for a basket with fruit and the pineapple 🍍 was damaged 2 days later. Incredible and above I had to pay shipping 🚚. I really wouldn't recommend it at all 👎
