Terrible!! Stay away!!! If they don't have the product, the will offer you a catalog, they will tell you that you will be able to return your product in case that you don't like the real thing. But beware!!! if you don't like the product and you want your money back, the owner will be the worst business person, he will try not to give you your money back and force you to change the product for another one, without considering if you want it or not. He is mean and rude. If you value your money and time, do not buy there. The only person that is a decent human being, and a hard worker woman is Nadia. She will try to help you, regardless of her boss.
